PATH GROUP

Processing Authentically Through Heart

For Men Who Are Done Hiding

A person in outdoor clothing walking through a golden grassy field towards distant mountains under a cloudy sky.

PATH is a 12-week group for men who are tired of playing it safe and ready to live with depth, purpose, and connection.

This group is for men whose lives look solid on the outside—but who know something underneath hasn’t been fully lived, named, or integrated.

PATH isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about slowing down enough to face what’s been driving you—and letting that story shape how you live now.

STOP PERFORMING. BE KNOWN.

A straight empty highway with yellow dashed lines running through a forested area with pine trees, leading towards snow-capped mountains in the distance under a cloudy sky.

Who This Group Is For?

PATH is for men who:

  • Are competent, capable, and respected—but feel disconnected or restless

  • Rely on performance, productivity, or control to stay steady

  • Check out, shut down, or stay busy when things get uncomfortable

  • Want real connection but don’t trust surface-level conversations

  • Are willing to look honestly at their story, not just talk about growth

This group is not for men looking for quick tools, surface motivation, or advice-driven coaching.

What we do in PATH group:

PATH is built around story processing in a group setting and includes:

examining formative experiences

noticing patterns that once protected you but now limit you

telling the truth about how you learned to perform, hide, or stay safe

being witnessed by other men without fixing, rescuing, or advice

Connection isn’t forced here.
It’s built by staying present when it would be easier to check out.
