About Me…
I believe many people are carrying stories about themselves that were never meant to define them.
Over time, anxiety, shame, perfectionism, addiction, trauma, or relationship wounds can leave us feeling disconnected from who we truly are and what actually gives our lives meaning. My work is centered around helping clients reconnect with themselves with greater honesty, clarity, and self-worth.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, compulsive sexual behavior, addiction, and relational struggles. I especially enjoy working with men seeking deeper purpose, couples wanting stronger connection, and creatives wrestling with identity, pressure, and burnout.
Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard in our work together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and free of judgment or labels. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to perform or figure everything out alone.
My clinical approach is rooted in attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), systems theory, and trauma-informed care. I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and my undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University. I have completed EFT Externship training, Core Skills 1, and am a certified SYMBIS premarital facilitator.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a touring musician and songwriter here in Nashville—an experience that continues to shape the way I connect with people and their stories today.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and understood, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
