Strength in Community: Men’s Group Therapy

Healing isn’t meant to be done in isolation. True transformation happens when we step out of the shadows and share our burdens with men who truly understand the battle. My specialized small groups offer a confidential, structured, and deeply supportive space to process your story and build lasting integrity.

  • The PATH Group: A dedicated space for men focused on story processing, identity formation, and breaking down core shame narratives.

  • The BRAVE Community: An active, collaborative recovery group providing tools, accountability, and solidarity for overcoming compulsive sexual behaviors.

Meet Tyler, AMFT

Ever feel like you're wearing a mask that says “I've got it all together,” while inside feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck?

I left a career as a touring musician to become a clinician after navigating my own struggles with anxiety, shame, and addiction. Today, I provide a warm, down-to-earth space for adults and couples looking to take the mask off, face the hard parts of their narratives, and build a life of genuine integrity.

My approach looks at the whole person—your emotions, relationships, and life story. Drawing from attachment-based, EFT, and trauma-informed therapies, we will work together toward the kind of deep, structural change that matters most to you.

Tyler is pursuing licensure in the state of TN for Marriage & Family Therapy under the supervision of Sara Hopkins, License #928.
